PopUp just stays there

when a call comes in, a popup window slides up, more or less
in the middle of the screen, with nothing in it. Its then impossible
to persuade the popup to go away ...

Any ideas on how to fix that?

I have a couple of 'pop-up' problems. Since the pop-up seems to watch the asterisk system's phone queue, I'm going to guess the problem is in there. As soon as I answer the phone, the pop-up disappears correctly.

If I click on adm from the Windows XP toolbar, I get a "Dial" window that pops up. If I put in a number, I can get it to disappear, if not, it just hangs around there. I'd like to be able to 'X' out or move it, or something.

The other problem is that once I get an incoming number with the associated information to pop-up on the screen, I can get SugarCRM to pop up in a Foxfire window. I had to modify the PP_index.php program to remove the leading '1' from the phone number, but other than that, it works fantastic.

Once. After that, it never works again. I have to re Launch ADM to get it to work again, and then only after I've dialed a number.

I'm pretty sure there was a note on here somewhere that said "if you don't do , you will only get one answer." I can't find it - does anyone know why I can only get the pop-up to work once.
