After a year or so of ADM being rather dormant due to work commitments, I'm pleased to announce that I will be starting up development again.
There'll be a celebratory new release with many bugfixes in the coming couple of days. If you are a linux user, you can take a sneak peak at ADM 1.2 now in the download section!
Improvements include:
Enjoy!

ADM1.2 on Debian Linux
I have installed the newest ADM and found that it pops up the call notification window, but the window does not go away unless i close the ADM. Is this a little bug?
Thanks,
Mark
Configuration issue?
Please can you tell me if you have the following set:
(from the install documentation)
Note ADM requires you to edit /etc/asterisk/manager.conf
You need to grant the manager user full rights:
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user
The popup should disappear when the call is hung-up. Does anything appear in the .log file in the installation directory (usually c:\program files\ADM)
Internet Explorer screen pops
In my efforts to get the ADM to do a screen pop I've discovered that you can only Screen pop into firefox (on windows). Is IE integration difficult? That would be a excellent feature. Perhaps like on the linux platform the software could allow the user to configure the browser used for the screen pop. In exchange for the feature I'd be willing to document the setup ;-)
Cheers!
add option for auto answer
hi
is it possible to send a varible with the call so the desk phone will auto answer and the call will then proceed without the need to pick the handset.
if i send the commands below from a telnet session to the manage this works on a polycom phone.
action: originate
channel: SIP/13
context: users
exten: 0861709790
priority: 1
variable: SIPADDRHEADER=Call-Info: intercom
Great news!
That's great news. I've just been made aware of the existence of this module, and it's spookily appealing!
I don't know yet when I will have time to get more into it, but I'm planning on connecting this at some point with a french open-source ERP system (Dolibarr) to provide on-call client information through a call from ADM to the browser. I guess that must be a common use of this tool, but I'm really enthusiastic about it.
Way to go!

ADM Development
Fantastic news about restarting development, hopefully I can help out! I'm looking at rolling this out on a system that uses Snom phones exclusively, and wondered if you had ever looked into doing a similar thing with Snoms like you do with the Ciscos?
We can do this
Hi there,
We can certainly do this if the SNOM phones have some sort of telnet interface like the cisco, it should be pretty trivial to add another Snom module
